The short version

This site is a poster for a shop, not a store. There are no accounts, no forms, no newsletter and no advertising, and we do not buy or sell information about you.

We do measure how the site gets used, with a Microsoft tool called Clarity. That is the one thing here that sets cookies and sends anything off your device, and the next section says exactly what it does.

How we see the site being used

We use Microsoft Clarity to learn which pages people actually read and where they get stuck. It records how a page is used: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement and the general shape of a visit, then plays that back to us as anonymous sessions and heatmaps.

To do that it stores two cookies in your browser, named _clck and _clsk, which let it tell a repeat visit from a new one. What it collects goes to Microsoft, which runs the tool for us, and is handled under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not try to work out who you are from it. It is here so we can serve you better, and for nothing else.

There is nothing to type on this site, so there are no form entries or messages for it to capture. If you would rather sit it out, press Opt out on the cookie notice at the bottom of the page: it keeps Clarity off this browser for good, and stops the visit you are on. Content blockers do the same, and clearing your browser data clears the cookies.

The 21+ check

When you confirm you are 21 or over, that answer is saved in your own browser under the key ec-age-ok so the door does not ask you twice. It stays on your device, it is never sent to us, and clearing your browser data clears it.

Things that load from somewhere else

The 3D store tour is hosted by Matterport and loads only after you press play. Once you do, Matterport receives the usual request information and its own privacy policy applies.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps hand you off to those companies, where their policies take over. Everything else on these pages, fonts and photographs included, is served from this site.

Server logs

Our web host keeps standard request logs, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site online and secure. We do not use them to build a profile of anyone and we do not share them.

Calling or visiting

This page covers the website. If you call the shop or walk in, we use whatever you tell us to help you with what you came for, and nothing more.

Adults only

The shop and this site are for adults 21 and over. We do not knowingly gather anything from under-21s, and none of the measurement described above is aimed at working out who you are.

Changes

If any of this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
